I had a great time at Tratico, right from the formation of Tratico from Shradhaa Engineering. I got the opportunity to work on multiple projects within the company as well as with leading OEMs. I have been reporting directly to the CEO/MD of the company, and he always ensured that I'm working happily.

Dislikes

At times, the work gets lengthier and I had to stay back for long hours. But it was very interesting, I used to spend night hours with Fitters/Welders/Painters and do hands-on job which in turn made me understand the difficulties in each process.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I had to look after the entire manufcacturing and development life cycle as well as manage day to day operations. But I stayed on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
