Top Management at Carporate level is good.

Dislikes

Too much dirty politics. Unit driven by incompetent person.No Managing skill. Buisness is dropping day by day. Very low salary structure and low increment. 12 hrs culture for workmen and 100 percent casual worker. HRD is Zero. Flattery culture. Manpower is doing continuous night but HR has no plan because of incompetent General Manager.
