There's nothing to not like about working at TopHire. Suppose you love a good balance and are highly ambitious and goal-driven. In that case, the company provides you with many opportunities to prove yourself, and their support is truly great.

Dislikes

The only downside is that TopHire restricts itself to IT roles. Maybe in the future, we can also help with hiring folks outside of the IT industry, but still remain a niche market.

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
