This is one of the ridiculous company where I had worked no respect for girls Higher position people using abusive words in front of girls for others. No professional culture, single washroom both for male/female. A girl who works under his male manager, the manager thinks she is her private property, he wants to take advantage. when she denies him, he started harassing her . she left with leaving the company as she has not left with any option. dirty politics. its request to all girls not to join this company...Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
