Atmosphere, zero skill development our work is only taking pictures of documents and I never set in front computer to do accounting work. We just go office and do nothing all the day. Our Seniors and reporting manager is not good at all. We travel different for office work and do get any travel allowance. This job is only wastage of time and wastage of our knowledge and skill also.

The company has a high level of bias and nepotism culture. The Company does not have a proper policy and team for the execution of the project which becomes overburden on the employees. The company does not have an Employment process and policy even after leaving the company proper documents are not provided. The company does not have a work-life balance and harasses and threatens the employees.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
