favourism is there. Lots of politics, along with too much complex work. German people always expects more than your experience .If you do single mistake they’ll keep on repeating this till your appraisals. They pay lower than market standards. Upper management is always there at Germany along with few favourite employees. Developerswill never get a chance to work on-site. Not a flexible working hours, always expects to come to office (especially for developers)...Read More

No focus on the product. Culture driven by finance guys. HR doesn't have any hold. No increments. Appraisals happen on paper, no discussions. Don't get any opportunity to present yourself during appraisal meetings.
