It has now been acquired by WNS and the culture has degraded ever since. The flexibility of work hours and the quality of projects have done down significantly and promotion cycles have also been affected.

Very high attrition rate close to 40%, highest in the industry. most of the Campus hires hardly stay for 6 months. One of the worst management. No clarity of the business. No reliability and accountability of the seniors (esp so called south indian VP). Pay disparity. People sitting from last 10-12 years considers the company as their own.

In company there is no proper management of resources. You will not get proper work according to your skills sometimes they just ask you to learn a new skill in one day and ask you to implement it and if you are not able to do it then results are terrible.
