Being a small company, you have access to higher leadership directly without a typical hierarchical structure Projects in some teams are quite good

Poor insurance policy Pathetic mid managers Limited parking leading to office timing issues Some teams are overloaded however some "AVPs" are just focused on only creating revenue and no empathy to overloaded resources Partiality (politics) in name of gender diversity
