One of the best thing is i never felt homesick. Environment is very friendly other good part is upper management support really very well as anyone can go and have word with upper management related to any problem Always help in giving solution to our problems, Always make us learn to work in Team

The company's culture is not at all satisfactory, I would really wish that people who are getting the offer from this organisation PLEASE DO A THOUROGH CHECK before joining. The entry in the organisation will be an overwhelming but the exit is terrible.

The company is growing but they don't give a damn about their employees. We get to learn a lot while working in a company as we get an opportunity to work with different developers at different locations so, we get to learn about the market.

Dislikes

They've made the policies but they are the one who don't follow, there's no set process. Also, they don't bother about their employees when they leave, they didn't even release the fnf(full and final settlement) properly.
