1. Management Behaviour is very very Bad. 2. It's a Hire and Fire company. Management can fire you at any time, for any reason. During, termination time they offer you a "Job Bond Process". 3. No job security. 4. Uncultured work environment. 5. During, termination time. You will not get your experience and released letter. 6. The company running without "Human Resources" and "Admin" departments. 7. SEO teams are inefficient. They are not following the best SEO practices. 8. 1. There is no job security, Any day can be the last working day. Yes, some cases were for performance but that's rare, they will give you stupid excuses and will tell you to resign. 2. If you are in SEO, you will never learn the actual work, you will only learn how to make a bunch of reports to just show off to the clients that weare doing a lot of work. The actual work is 0. 3.
