They have caution deposit of 8 months. Before completing one year, they will try to terminate your contract so that they can rob your caution deposit which is almost half salary. They will not give vacation in University holidays. They want you to work on saturdays from morning 8 till 1 pm. They say paid vacation once in two years and once you are in Guyana they will ask you to sign another contract if you dont sign, they will not disburse salary till you sign the contract. In the new contract it will say that you get one month paid vacation at the end of two years on renewal of the contract....Read More
