I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

It's a great experience working here. All my teammates and colleagues are very supportive. Company with their regular training helped me to improve my knowledge. During lockdown they allowed us to work from home and paid salary ontime without any deduction.
