Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.huge cafeteria.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give best salary hike and bonus every year

Likes

It's a good place for a fresher. Good opportunites to learn. Working environment is good. I'm actually experiencing one of the best time in my career.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, sometimes it goes unnoticed even after I put all the hard work. There is very less appreciation from superiors.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
