Working culture is pathetic, imagine if the CEO or Founder of the organisation decides which position we have to work. Every time they poke you about the joiner target and the target is 4 joiners in a month with a minimum offered CTC should be 25 LPA. Rest any recruiter can better decide.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
