Brilliant exposure to clients. Helps create a lot of contacts in the industry from International to domestic clients, both Enterprise and SME level. Team is helpful, Dept Head is very cooperative. Good work culture, flexible work hours. In case I work extra days, there is comp offs. Needed Mediclaim card on a weekend as I had misplaced it, HR team is always available to help and they shared me an e-card within an hour. Very responsive HR team. Nothing as such, but in peak season when market is good, there will be a lot of client inflow so work pressure will be there. You will get exposure to several clients here and learn a lot in this phase and get good conversions for TechShu

Good amount of work. We use AI for research purpose and TechShu implemented use of AI as soon as it was introduced and hence, now I am able to deliver much more work in 9 hours of work (with breaks). Previously, I used to write 2000 words a day, but now with AI, I can easily delivery 3000 or sometimes even more, depending on the type of topics allocated. Get the opportunity to work with several types of clients, and in the last 9 months, I have written for more than 40 clients across several industries/sectors. Deadlines are there, but in case I don't get to finish my work on time, I ususally give an hour or 2 in the weekends, to submit it. Department leads are good and helpful.
