There is no job guarantee for employees with out prior intimation they are laying of for employees it’s not good actually and also they are not at all giving to serve notice period also. Immediately they are sending out from the company. As am the married person how can i servive in society tell me i suffered like anything.

In terms of yearly hike they provide Medical facilities but basic salary remains Bench facility is awesome There you can find better project opportunities lower to your profile Guidance about the project from Junior

They commit for location change request but couldn't pay on time. So relocation charges , employees need to pay after commitment. Finance team ask for all documents convey you the path after approval from all depts they don't talk to employee for reimbursement. They commit alot but couldn't pay.

Micro management. While WFH the productivity is really good but from April they started like we have to stay in office for 5hrs a day and weekly 3 days as mandatory though our entire team is scattered in different locations. Even we are in office still we have to connect through teams only. Which is a waste of time to travel to office.

1. In my 8 years of experience the worst company is tech mahindra. 2. Poor management and leadership skills. 3. 16 hours a day work in the project. 4. Work on the weekends as well if requirements is there without overtime, compensation. 5. If you shut down your machine after your office time they will call you directly into tour personal number. 6.
