I joined Tech Mahindra again since I already worked with the company and trusted it.

Work culture, unprofessional colleague and seniors, worst fnf calculation policy, pressure without any feedback for improvement, no huddle team discussion in asos process. Usually people get extra amount including the hold salary of notice month in fnf but they don't even give promised monthly salary and transfer money in parts which has no use. It's a company which lacks empathy for there employees. Extremely toxic environment.. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. Your life will be hell.

False promises provided everytime. Management lies about everything and that's the reason they do not trust their employees also. Genuine reasons are been treated as doubt and termed as liar. Employees forced to come office while in lock down. Management are least bothered abt associate. For them COVID outbreak was a HOAX. Senior manager conveys that there's nothing like COVID... WHAT AN UNEDUCATED MANAGERS THEY HAVE. They will show u high gaining perks, but will make sure that u loose those perks by charging ERROR. Even u cannot dispute those. NO JOB SECURITY.... was a pleasure being with the reputed firm and would have love to continue for a long run but due to unwanted situations, had to leave. Its been a great experience to work under great managers with their guidance. looking forward to re-join the firm if get a chance anytime.....
