Honestly there is less to talk about cons at TechM. There is innovation in the form of Ideas portal, awesome locations with wide space unlike huge storeyed buildings, you can raise voice in Freevoice against politics, in case you feel any. No pressure at work unless you take it onto yourself. The only disadvantage I dislike at TechMis people get too attached sometimes and that causes suffication to some associates who would really like to move out....Read More

I have been associated with TechM for 5.5 years. I am blessed with good managers in all my departments I worked with or rather I can say my managers are really impressed with me.it was really awesome to work here and I am so delighted to be a TechMighty.

Well it is an organization, where project management like to work with regional people. It’s a good company with vision and mission. But in my experience Hyd people are destroying that vision and mission for their own purpose. The people work at onsite, are mostly from Hyderabad with very less technical knowledge, they don’t know even technology. They are destroying the customer base. No new business are coming that place. All sales folks are from Hyderabad and they have secured their place and ever their spouses. This is horrible to hear that spouses are getting billing to come to office daily. They don’t have any work to do. And the sales people are very brilliant that they could not get any engagement from other customers. My words are specially based on my area....Read More
