Every year since 2020 variable pay cuts undefined which technically reduces salary by 35-40% ctc annually with standard deductions. Which is a big problem with Tech Mahindra. And all of this happening unofficially & undiscussed & undisclosed. No one wants to speak about it no letter or email of why the payment cuts why variable pay was cancelled for quarters and quarters why the appraisals not happening.l whereas company is not operating at loss.
