People who's having 10+ years of experience you are the correct person to join and work in this company. Freshers don't waste your time. And Knowledge aspects you can growth by your self confidence other than nothing is good for freshers salary hike is not good. Yearly you can get upto 7 percentage of hike it's upto 1500RS per month. Promotion and correction of salary is not happening. My complete time in development and project related only when I should do participate in activities that increase the level to increase salary please consider work in the project.
