Dislikes

The people inside play politics and ruin the company culture. They lie and send sugar coated feedbacks to the top management. This makes an impression that the customer is satisfied. But it's not. Most of the senior managers play safe on their grounds and put the junior associates life in vain. Very poor work life balance. Actually no life at all especially for contracted staffs.

How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.

I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.
