Cab drivers behave unprofessionally toward employees. • Managers have an unsupportive and demanding approach toward their teams. • HR is unhelpful and often ghosts employees. • Unrealistic expectations, where a single person is expected to handle everything without support. • No teamwork, as colleagues are unwilling to assist. • Favoritism is prevalent, affecting workplace dynamics.

- variable pay is scam for c3a plus people - toxic environment depends on team member and client (no team work) - zero job security , they will hire you any time and fire you with no reason it's like my bat and my ball if you gave me out then I will take my bat and ball with me no body can play - no salary growth

You can have your work life balance easily as there is not much work pressure and you can take your time without having fear of losing a job.

Dislikes

With work life balance comes dark things basically not much salary even though if you would be doing a work of 2-3 people you will get salary as chiller here and promotions and hike is just a joke with maximum 6% yearly hike and no promotions till first 4 years.

Only job security. Due to that TCS making employees poorer year by year. TCS higher management doesn't look at the existing employees those who are not getting expected salary as per industry standards. Rather TCS is hiring external resources with 100% hike.

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

Work life balance seems very bas especially with my manager my TCS manager is over abusing my personal number and time the laptop whchi tcs provided is very small and difficult to work as small like a notebook but not notebook pc . if they want us to do development work they should provide laptops with decent size and configuraiton.on the top there should eb respct for the employees personal life...Read More

Best company to be at when you get 40+. I regret to join in my late 20s. Too much of learning scope. Easy to get abroad projects. Supportive team and very importantly, Best HRs. They call you by their own just by one Ping. No leaves issues. You can pickup the skills you want to learn and grow.

I am C3A here and been 2 years I am not getting my variable pay. Loosing 6LPA and difficult to get promotion.

It was a good experience for me at Tata consultancy services. It is a good place for improving our skill, communication with other etc. But one negative point is that work life balance is very poor but other factor is totally awesome.
