The company is better with their monthly payments, other benefits, etc, Better pantry and other facilities. Satisfactory transport services, if issues like early/late pick up, is considered.

The company's alumni portal services are poor, once you are out of the company and you have some pending document approval such, their processes take goof 2-3months which could be resolved in like 2-3 days or say a week. Their responses are so unbothered and irresponsible. And you only get responses only when you continuously followup with the company, no auto-mated followups from the company's end, which obviously speaks less for the company's build up name....Read More

Terrible company to work for , especially for women with small babies. They will give government mandated paid leaves and then will ruin your appraisal. Give you rating for no justifiable reason and will reduce compensation.

Everything, no care for employee. Manager are there only to penalise for non existent offences and in case of issues they will not even pick up phone or write email or help in anyway.

The company is open to innovation.I worked in domestic project but still I got the good complement. Though my colleagues were in different places, they helped me a lot. We worked as a team to achieve our goals. I learned new things there.

Dislikes

The work pressure was high,because I had to 2 night shifts continuously and 2 morning shifts continuously, like It seems I got only one day off per week. So I got pressurised.
