No growth for freshers as company will give annually 5% hike and no promotion in time. Most of tcs employee's promotion delay at least 3 months , it may increase to multiple years.

Undoubtedly the company is an excellent prestigious organization, and opportunity hub for thousands of people. Its work life balance , culture , work satisfaction become terrible because of unskilled, unprofessional , unfriendly managers. Managing things in hierarchical way makes things more worse and lot of good and skilled people get affected in bad way by this.

Work wise excellent knowledge I gained. But I had to sacrifice plenty of things at my personal level during my TCS days.
