Tcs offers most excellent job security’s and health insurance policy

Tcs as a company is a very good company but if you compare it to the project requirements it’s one of the most dissatisfying project I ever worked with because even though Tcs is offering many options but if you are in a project which requires your presence 24 seven you cannot participate in any event or any skill development.

Work life balance is critical because there are 4 rotational shift and very frequently changes. Salary is poor other than other company, here decrease my skill and after your given 100% effort you can't expect a good promotion due to office politics.

There is no growth, no promotion even if you hard and smart. Nobody is going to value your work . At the Time od apprisal they will literally give you example like you come late office 15 min and this 15 min can be a 1500 min in 100 days lol😂. I say never ever join tcs

Limited career progression: Many employees feel stuck in their roles with minimal opportunities for advancement and skill development, especially if not actively seeking out new projects or taking initiative.

We have many job opportunity in TCS we can develop ourself well in this organization. Very safe and secure job for all men and women especially women. Company culture is very good not only give important to work and for enjoyment also there all festival mood were celebrated in company. And sports activity also conducted. Everything. No scope for improvement. Same donkey work every day without appreciation or any recognition. Promotions are on hold due to some silly RTO index thing. Will always find new reasons to not benefit employees even after consistently working so hard for so many years. No work life balance at all.

Unwanted dramas and forced to work even if we opt to leave due to some personal reasons. Getting release from a project or leaving the organisation also needs some confirmation from managers which is not fair. They don't hear ur concerns and they will do what they had to do. Just waste ur time by asking what is ur concern ? No use of revealing ..

Complete work from office No bonuses No promotions for hard work, you get promoted by number of years worked in TCS. No team outings Worst management, they don't even consider genuine reasons to give wfo exceptions. You have to visit office no matter what. Micro management

No growth oppertunity. Salary is very less for freshers and there is no oppertunity for increment or promotion at all, even if we stay 10 years. Management is partial towards people with connections, rather than people who work hard, and they openly accept it.l, which I feel is very toxic if you actually are a hard worker.

One of the software engineer in tcs having 4 years of experience called me while skill evaluation and he told me " people begging me to get coding in this project. You have to work under me only.". If you mail to anyone in tcs, he will not respond unless and until you add someone higher authority person in CC. Only big doesn't matter and building big is not end but the way you setup process to work organization is important. Functioning is important and not the size. You will get a good work life balance and your after retirement benifits would be the best. I think even the medical insurance that tcs provides is best in the market. The senior management is also good.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary part and very less benifits and perks are provided. Even the increaments is very less. I felt like I am not getting paid as much as what my value of work is.
