Only the Job Security. Even if you don't have any development skills company utilize you as resource for testing software.

Salary is good compared to another giants initially but not upto the mark as big companies will have standardized works for specific skill set. But here you are just one man army who handle 3-4 products. Coding standards in company is just below the belt. Only few developers are very good who really understand software and programming rest all are chatgpt coders and testers. Please don't join company as fresher as you won't be having any perks such as fte. No pf no gratuity no insurance. They just scam you for 1.5 years later promote you with 10-14%. Don't expect any welcome kits and any other additional resources. The worst part is the managers in the company are very outdated not too technically sound too handle projects. They are just sitting and eating putting burden on 1 or 2 members from their entire team who handles all their works and projects.
