As a training company Tata Strive says that they are developing the youths and sustaining them, but the facts are trainer are 1. Standing on the road to grab the students. 2. Train them... 3. Visit office to office and beg them to make the students placed. Actually this ia the main objective of the company.

Sometimes felt like sales man, sometime beggers... Did not have the respect one should have as a trainer.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
