Cab facility.but only for seniors.(union exist) Food

Dislikes

Managers are seniors don't know new technology.No patients because they seniors.unfortunatly not retired cuz tata is like govt job.my manager scolded in bad words to.more work pressure seen people work in cab and work in home only after 9to 5.cuz manager pressurize you.only preferred NIT people for higher increment.seen 4 yrs experience in same company people can't get 10 percentage hike yearly.seniors earning 2 to 3 lakh with less work .making contract people work badly.NIT don't have to worry.manager will lenient to you.cu he know if he pressurize you jump to other company..which is easy to NIT people.and bad place for designers mechanical/civil .won't learn new technology or tools like in MNC...Read More
