1. Even spending 3 years you will not get promoted. 2. On the part of job security- manager increase your work load until you leave the job. 3. If you mistakenly miss the time sheet your salary will be deducted even you have done a lot of work. 4. Work culture is so bad - on month end you have to work like a bull 16 to 18 hour in a single day but due to management pressure you show it as 9 hours only. I like about working at tata enterprise I learn the more thing in tata enterprise for example who lead the team and who the brief and motivate the team who to work with team and lots of things.
