No respect for employees..no work life balance. No salary and no increments. They are laying off people at a large rate and saying fake words like they don't layoff.

No job security, they are randomly laying off people for the smallest reasons. Managers do not give a crap about you.no promotion and the salary is stuck in 2014 no increment at all. Horrible work life balance as they force you to be in office min 9 hours otherwise guess what your layedoff

As I joined as fresher, I got good colleague which I may call as friends.

I have joined in Pune location,In this location you have lots of politics it's like north indian and south indian kind off. If you are from different state surviving will be difficult,you won't get recognition and good appraisal and also they keep on targeting you.

If money is your priority,it will not be better option.But if a work life balance ,a stress free life matters then it will be the best choice...It offers less hike when compared with other companies.
