People like Joycee Ray have joined Tally to plan their retirement. No innovation, cut copy paste. All new launches are mostly failures. Politics to manage work. Meritocracy died several year ago. People who are close to Joycee get the important jobs around him, so that, his retirement stays intact. He was never a sales head before for a PAN india role. At best head of training’s and capability at Nokia. And where that company is now, we all know. Leadership has no connection with most reality at ground.
