- Will get hands on experience on the live product and working for a product based startup. - You'll get to know how corporate politics work - They show a good culture at starting gives you ownership and let make product decision in team meetings.

- Unorganised work culture - There's nothing as management - Even tho after a lot of dedication you'll get less rewards or nothing at all but will be blamed for things unnecessarily. - In the name of ownership you get the balme of everything even the balme for other teams.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
