Highly toxic environment, please save yourself by not joining this position.Manager is a madman, full of politics.Absolutely zero work life balance,no appraisal even after hardwork, manager openly tells you to work even on weekends, team is totally unstable.

Dislikes

No time for new learning because of all time work loadings, everyday it's a tapeout pressure.

Good culture and lot of avenues to learn. Get to work on cutting edge technology with industry leaders and chip manufacturers

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
