Not much growth for people with experience more than 3 years. Increment is 6-11%. STI is heigher than industry (15%).

Worst culture, dirty office politics , no job security, leadership team doesn't have the skills then how can we expect from them, foolish manager, no freedom, many times I was insulted by skin colour, dressing style they will see only what brands we are wearing not our talent, skills excellent company but worst team ever I seen in Industry
