Work life balance, if you survive the continuous layoff process

There are many. Il try a few. * Everyday you wake up wondering if you still have a job today. * They will use the employee worse than a tissue paper, with continuous layoffs, you'd have to do the work of almost 3 people. * We can console ourselves if that work is useful for us outside the organisation, but it won't, they use some worst, outdated, unused by other organisation applications which do not have any value despite employees working 3 times than they should. * Despite all that it would have been better if they could atleast encourage an employee to learn stuff they want to alongside working on this which they're supposed to (Ofcourse) but no, no matter how much you work, they're not going to invest a penny on you * Hikes are a joke.. sometimes there won't be any, and at times there are, what you are supposed to get is already decided.. i mean, what's the point of discussion in that case.. why schedule a call for hike discussion.. if the outcome is already fixed, you don't really call that a discussion now, would you.. * Office politics, Manager centric design.. more you butter the manager, the merrier 😀...Read More
