Work Life Balance is perfect at this company. Though There is a performance appraisal yearly , every five year's once there is a entire salary revision. Continues learning in different area's like operation , marketing , credit analysis and much more. Irrespective of post each and every one can work along with their superiors to enhance our knowledge

Promotions are adverse , Through there is lot of opportunity to learn but unable to get promotions for next level at southern zone because of limited number of branches.

Very good bank with very good policies, very conservative in funding. Work life balance is there. Working environment is also very cooperative and colleagues are also are very supportive and encouraging.

Dislikes

Promotion are biased and influenced by favourism, napotism and community based decisions.
