HOD creates unnecessary pressure Micro managing- Uses the stick and stick (no carrots) approach- constantly nags about lack of increment, lack of growth and lack of clarity on promotions.. in that background with no motivation in sight..wants staff to go beyond what is expected Too much back log and shortage of staff HODs wants complete control over matters/ as if they doesn't trusts. More interested in employee's timings to office than on work. Late sitting is encouraged, and leaving on time is looked down upon HOD wants staff to inform before leaving for the day.. which hurts self respect. It is like on a daily basis you have to justify leaving even after working hours are finished. Lifts are not installed in S6X, S82 and S88 machins. Manual climbing is the main problem in these machines. IN hybrid machines not working properly, 140Mtr hieght m/c climbing is major issue.
