Having already worked in the edtech sector, I knew the responsibilities I would be handling as a Technical Recruiter at Sunstone Eduversity. Of course, finding the right tech talent for our organization is my utmost priority. Other than that, I also work with the hiring managers to develop and improve recruitment processes. A positive working environment also depends on the proper functioning of the various activities.
