Once you are in you don’t have to worry about job security and project. It’s a production based company hence the day you will join since then you will be on project.

Besides of your shift you have to work 24/7*365 if you are joining any technical position over here. No cab allowance and shift allowance is there. No allowance for overtime working.

manger eats your salary plus credit also u get appraisal based upon your location if you are from manager village taluka or district you will get more even if u don't do anything.Low salaried person are cursed here salary difference is more between same individual. Sometimes fresher are paid at more salary than experience that's their hr policy strictly confidential
