The timings are flexible and the food is free if you have to work night shifts.

Dislikes

This company lacks leadership vision and lacks trust of its employees. The company does not even have a CEO. It believes in hiring and firing employees without much thought towards employee welfare. There is no work culture. Its a purely commercial minded management. Very bad salary hikes and almost nil chances of promotion as thereis performance appraisal system. Likes

1, Benefits were good earlier but when Skillsoft was merged with Sumtotal things went downhill. 2. There are few teams where there is scope to learn new technology.

Dislikes

1. Extreme levels of mismanagement. 2. Hire and fire culture. People are fired for the silliest reasons. 3. HR practically exists only to hire and fire. 4, Zero chances of any promotion
