a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

THE PROMOTERS ARE GOOD BUT MAY BE AS THEY ARE OLD NO DIRECTION FOR THE COMPANY.THEY HAVE A INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT TEAM .

Dislikes

No vision for future,the top mangers are only interested in their well being . Leave alone the machines and facility,even the products and even product labels are 20 years old.
