Subex has multiple roles , definitely there roles where you can find career growth mainly in new technologies. But the major part of subex you can find it and the work pressure is always high and are expected to work over weekend. The attrition is very high of 35. Some manager verbal abuse infront of complete team. Even thought the resource is working and they try to pass the blame to that resource. Classic example of blame game....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
