No job security, they can fire you anytime they feel like without any notice once they feel they understood ur job role and can manage without you... They will award you for the best performance and the same month fire you... Won't pay you during maternity leave.. In fact reward you with 30% salary REDUCTION on return or quit upon returning.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
