Likes

Nothing at all. The Management is pathetic. Senior management is the worst. MD and his daughter have made it a family business with public money. Worst work environment.

Dislikes

Bad work culture, worst politics, if you want to succeed to have to wash MD's feet with your tears, his Neha Gandhi is useless and worthless, no knowledge and she is the ED for Company and no respect to any employee. Full nepotism is going on. They remove you whenever they want to.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
