In COVID-19 lockdown sterling has played a big role in my life because they supported us alot through various things ,It's a good company to start up your career ,work environment is good , salary hike is good ,they also have huge cafeteria n good food ,overall it's a excellent company I can say.

Well the company is awesome no doubt about that.. But people managing it lack people management skills.. I find them too aggressive.. Always ready to insult you.. No appreciation.. No involvement in ur personal growth.. To much of favouritism..& they lack compassion ..My PL sucks at his job and the reason why I'm looking out for a job is because if him.... It's truly said people don't leave company they leave people.. Hope I get out of the mental torture I face every day.. My feed back provided about him was just taken as a joke by the upper management and in turn he even started torturing me and my colleagues more.....Read More
