I, working as a site engineer get to travel across different places and the knowledge we get to learn is very high.

Dislikes

I working in solar felt the facilities given were very less than basic. The poltics involved in the company is way too high. Training to employees is not encouraged much

Work is pretty hectic as i work in project. Very occasional leaves we get. Learning is good if we take our own interest.
