All team members are very good. They encourage you very well to achieve new goals. If we do work good definitely we can achieve good salary. We can learn technical skills by visiting on going sites. Being good reputed company we can get respect when we meet the new clients regarding the development of business. I had got lot of contacts being a business developer.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
