I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. - Joining this company means giving your all life rights to them - your life after office will also be not your life - toxic culture - nonsense way of doing task - mental pressure , either you do their way or go home - zero job security - very toxic boss , he literally abuse you and throw things on floor
