Okey so i worked in berger process, i do not have any kind of knowledge about other process but in berger new employee will face partiality in every steps , tls are illiterate they do not have proper manners,how to behave with employees there is no likes about berger process But one suggestions for startek management system please upgrade tls educational qualifications at least "graduation"

Colleagues are supportive. No salary issue. I have worked here work from home as CSA. Company policies are very poor they can change anything with immediate effect. Once I have faced that my laptop has Motherboard issue the management denied to provide me the system even other people have the though they didn't give me the system hence, in the end I have to leave the job.
