Employee benefits like medical insurance. Sick leave policies. Friendly and approachable management. Good co-workers. Great support during the pandemic.
Highly inefficient and elaborate processes and tools. Hustle culture to get approvals for each and every things. Too many approvals required from senior folks that take inordinate amount of time, after multiple meetings, lots of convincing, mails after mails explaining what, why , how etc etc etc, taking months and finally NOT getting the approval!!! Processes are not at all developer friendly and not streamlined. Extremely bureaucratic and very rigid in nature that it may irk tech professionals, as one finds absolutely no value in all of these! Feels like a grind and one feels stuck in their career after a period of time. Very long working hours. This is mainly because of the process inefficiencies that has crept into and gotten into the way of engineering as well. Pay is also low and not up to market standards. Promotions are hard to come by. Hikes are low. No reason to stay here! It's definitely not good for freshers, if one wants to learn and grow....Read More

Company policies are followed in letter and spirit. Implementation of internal policies is done with utmost professionalism. Lot of check and balances are there so that there is no room to bypass such policies.
Personal growth, work life balance, remuneration as per market standards - these factors are not given slightest of importance by department heads. Lack of support from seniors and blame game when things go wrong. Internal politics has reached to the levels of toxicity. Some innocent employees are even victims of vendetta politics.

The company was good two years back i.e. until 2023. Good projects and managed work life balances even in the tough times. But we have flexible hybrid model which is good at SCB GBS Pvt Ltd
Last two years no promotions, no increments. no replacements for the employees who left company.
